Meet Exodus Media

About the founder

Brianna Welborn

Brianna Welborn is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Exodus Media. She founded Exodus Media in 2024 to meet a growing need in the market for engaging video editing and strategic social media management that drives bottom-line performance for businesses, from podcasters and media personalities to consumer brands and everything in between. 

Before founding Exodus Media, she worked in various roles in marketing, operations, production and post-production. Brianna served as the sole QC resource on a post-production team of 10+ editors that worked on daily podcasts and short-form videos for Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro, Michael Knowles, Matt Walsh, Brett Cooper, Candace Owens, and Andrew Klavan. 

She also served as an Operations Manager for aircraft acquisition firm Jet Acquisitions, Associate Director of Marketing for education startup Parachute Bridge, and Director of Marketing for pizza chain Pazzi’s Pizza. 

Before entering the corporate world, Brianna received several accolades for her work as an independent photographer. Brianna holds a BA in Media Arts Production from Emerson College and an AAS in Photography from North Georgia Technical College.

VIDEO EDITOR & MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Morganne McCutchen

Morganne is a senior video editor and motion graphics animator with several billion views to her name.

She spent several years at the Daily Wire as a long-form video editor, including serving as Jordan Peterson’s sole editor for his first two years at the company.  

On the motion graphics side, Morganne brings a strong design eye and technical versatility. She has created everything from full animated packages and title sequences to kinetic typography, lower thirds, and dynamic sermon-series openers for churches. Her work blends clean design with storytelling, giving projects a polished, broadcast-ready feel.

Morganne is also a licensed drone operator.

Audio Engineer & Video Editor

Austin Welborn

Austin Welborn is a video editor and audio engineer supporting Exodus Media.

Austin specializes in short-form video editing and long-form podcast audio mixing. Outside of his work for Exodus Media, Austin works as a freelance audio engineer in the music industry under the name BlackLabel. 

Before joining the team at Exodus, he worked in the Atlanta music industry, mixing and producing songs for artists like B.o.B., Soulja Boy, FKi, Young Dro, CeCe Peniston, and London Jae. He was also the founding studio manager and audio engineer at B.o.B.’s Label No Genre studio in Atlanta.

Social Media Coordinator & VIDEO EDITOR

Alyssa Robinson

Alyssa Robinson is a freelance social media coordinator supporting Exodus Media. 

Before Exodus, Alyssa was an Operations Assistant and Logbook Coordinator for aircraft acquisitions firm Jet Acquisitions and its sibling company, Vault Aircraft Records. 

While working full time in a divided role for Jet Acquisitions, Alyssa was also a full time student, earning her BS in Media Communications from Los Angeles Film School and a Social Media Marketing certificate from HubSpot Academy. With her expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere, Alyssa has a knack for making your posts stand out, and her creative writing will bring your brand’s story to life.

CREATIVE PRODUCER

Jon Grosland

Jon Grosland is a producer supporting Exodus Media as a creative producer.

Jon has produced short films that have received accolades at film festivals around the world. Outside of his artistic pursuits, he has also worked as a producer or production assistant on national brand commercials, music videos, and traditional media content, including stints at Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Screen Producers Australia.

Jon holds an MA in Producing from the Victorian College of the Arts and a BA in Entertainment Business from Los Angeles Film School.
